Shipping and Handling
For UK customers, all prices include postage and packing costs. All items will be dispatched by Recorded 2nd Class Royal Mail. There are no extra charges other than if you require shipping abroad.

If you wish to have your items shipped by Special Next Day Delivery, a fee will be taken at the Check Out step. The fee is usually from only £4.99.

If you are buying for shipment to Europe a charge will be made to cover the additional cost for international postage. Overseas orders are placed at customers' risk. Crystal Princess will not accept responsibility for international items lost in transits.
