Returns Policy
Crystal Princess endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.

You may return the item at your own expense for an exchange or refund. A full refund will be given for a faulty/damaged item (excluding postage costs of returning the item). The item must be sent back to us in the way it was received, with bags, tags, not smelling of smoke or washing powder etc. If you do receive a faulty item, you have to contact us first before sending the item back. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to discuss whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please notify us by email 'info@crystalprincess.co.uk' within 7 days of despatch should there be any problems with the goods you receive.

Please email 'info@crystalprincess.co.uk' within 7 days of despatch with the details of any items you wish to return and your order number before you return the items to us. We will then confirm return details and returns number.

Refunds/exchanges after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at our discretion.

Please ensure that you include your name, address, and order number with the items. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.

Once we receive the goods, we will then refund or exchange the items returned. Refunds will be within 30 days of the return of the unused purchase.

No refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery for health and hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace/earrings sets for the same reasons. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable.

If you are just unhappy with the item or it doesn't fit, we will offer an exchange or refund with a fee of £2.50.

Items must be received back to us within 14 days from the day of purchase. We cannot and will not refund any costs if the item is not returned to us so we suggest you send items back to us recorded delivery at your own expense. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
