The following terms & conditions are set out to be clear and, above all, fair. We believe it is critical to operate in an open and friendly manner to our customers. By the use of our service, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

Prices
The price you see is the price you pay. There are NO hidden extras. All prices include VAT at the current rate, and also include postage and packing costs for UK customers.

Products
Crystal Princess has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. All products have detailed descriptions, sizes and colours specified where applicable. Due to the differences between the many different computer screens we cannot guarantee that the colour represented on your screen is 100% accurate.
Products are subject to availability. We will not be liable for compensation or damages, if we do not supply goods.

Back orders
We offer Backorder for items that temporarily OUT OF STOCK. You can place BACKORDER and PAY as usual, the only difference is you will receive your item within a longer period. Please allow 7-12 days to receive.

Payments
We prefer payment by PayPal as sellers and buyers are protected and it makes the dispatch time a lot quicker!
